why is xbody's ems technology much more effective than conventional weight training?

can you do ems training in the long term?

Yes. Just like with conventional strength training, you should workout regularly. If you do not workout over an extended period of time, the muscles will be reduced to their original status.

what should i bring?

Since your specialized workout clothes, water, towels, access to showers and parking are available on site, just bring running shoes and a smile.
